The name? Good question. I guess it would be called The Family. We currently have 48 followers.

Are any (or all) of your allegiance player killers?
I don't think any of us are P.K.'s. We try to promote kindness, and helpfulness to others.

Is it female only or co-ed?
My family, believe it or not, is mostly male. Although there are a few of us wild flowers thrown in for flavor.

Do you have a variety of player types or are you limited to one or two types (like an all-mage allegiance)?
We have all kinds of players. I have 2 mages that teach others the spell combo's. I have a vassal or two that have discovered the use of crossbows. I myself use a bow and a sword, and I know how to cook, and pick locks, very useful skill in dungeons.

Do you allow mules to pledge in your allegiance?
Yes I do, because they need to belong to someone's family just as much as anyone else dose. They earn XP just like others. :)

What do you offer your vassals and what do you expect from them?
I only ask one thing. That they are kind and TRY to help others all they can. But watch out for the ones that are mean. Oh, and the most important thing, HAVE FUN!

Do you organize your followers according to an allegiance tree or just allow them to join and recruit at will?
I let them join as they want. I don't want Joe to swear to Jack, if Joe does not like Jack. If they don't want to, I don't make them. They are their own selves and I can't change that.

Does your allegiance have a history in any other games?
No, although a couple of players have played EQ and UO.

Were you ever a part of another allegiance? If so, why did you choose to leave them and start your own?
I was in Beta and I was sworn to my husband as the monarch, but since the game has been in retail, he has sworn to me. *evil grin* I started on my own, and have had MANY offers to join allegiances, but I have stood my ground. I think if I were to ever join a group, I would make sure it is ok with all my followers. :)

Do you recruit new members or just wait til people ask to join? If you recruit, how do you go about it?
We don't really recruit. People tend to seek us out about joining.

Do you have an allegiance contract?
Not at the moment.

Do you have a town that you consider your headquarters?
Officially, it's Cragstone, but a lot of us have been hanging out in Mayoi and Ft. Portal Storm, er, I mean, Ft. Teth. :)

Do you primarily adventure in one geographical area or do you cover the world?
The world. :)

How much maintainence do you do in order to prevent your vassals from becoming unhappy and leaving? What do you do to keep their loyalty?
Until recently, most of my good stuff didn't stay in my possession for long as I generally reacted quickly to a followers request for assistance and items. Yeah, sometimes I worry about those that become unhappy and I try to resolve it with them. Unfortunately, I can't please everyone all of the time and have lost a few...

Do members of your allegiance regularly team up to go adventuring, especially to do some of the more difficult quests?
There are several of us who do get together on a regular basis, but trying to coordinate with the whole monarchy has been difficult to arrange.

Would you like to see allegiance wars implemented in the game? If so, how do you think they would affect the game and how would they make it better?
To be honest, this doesn't hold a lot of appeal to me. However, if the followers wanna do it...

Are there any allegiances that you currently have feuds with?
Not that I know of.

Do you have any minimum rank-required type items that you use?
Not currently, but I have followers that do.

What do you think is the best thing about the allegiance system?
There are so many aspects to it that picking one is difficult. Being able to help other people. Having people help you as well.

What would you change about the system if you could?
Hmm. Perhaps if the experience flowed both directions up and down the tree...

Are there any in-game tools that you would like implemented in order to help you manage your allegiance?
Yes. I would love to be able to view the entire allegiance tree and then be able to broadcast a message to all of them, not just my vassals.

Do you think men and women monarchs differ? If so, in what way?
A lot of the time, I see a lot of male monarchs espouse the attitude that that the female monarch need to be under them.

Do you think men and women differ in their playing style? If so, in what way?
No, not really

Would you ever consider putting together a female-only monarchy? What do you think the pros and cons of it would be?
No, I like the one I have now. The pro's, you're all female, but on the flip side, how do you know you're all female? So I don't worry about it. :)
